Emily Blunt’s Potatoes: Peel Yukon gold potatoes and cut into 2″ pieces. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Place potatoes in salted boiling water. Return to boiling then simmer for 8 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot. SHAKE pot for 5 seconds. Lay potatoes out to dry for 15 minutes. In the meantime, heat a baking sheet with oil in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Add the potatoes to the hot baking sheet and bake roughly 45 minutes checking and turning every 10-15 minutes. When done add parsley and salt. NEW SECTION! SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF!
