Great News, we will be opening the office next week. Below are the responsibilities of our office and patients.
Some of our patients have asked for more details, here they are.
To avoid crowds there will be no “Botox Days” but the usual discount (Botox $195 15 units, Fillers 10% off) will occur until September. You can get this anytime I am in the office.
We are instituting checking the temperatures of our patients (we already check our staff) in the near future.
Our physical space has changed. The waiting room is set up for social distancing. However, skincare patients will go straight upstairs where we have plenty of space separating all. Surgery patients and their families will be in a separate part of the building. The front desk has Plexiglas and the floor marked with 6 feet tape. Most doors will be kept open.
We are limiting the number of patients AND staff at any one time here. There is an increased amount of time per patient.
We have hand sanitizers throughout the office especially by the exit.
BUT REMEMBER THE MOST IMPORTANT 3 THINGS TO DO ARE:
Wash your hands. Don’t touch your face. Maintain social distancing.
Office Safety
1. Patient and staff safety is our priority, please read this!!!
2. If you have a fever or any symptoms associated with any virus please call and reschedule your appointment.
3. Please respect social distancing. A mask is a requirement, bring yours or we will provide one.
4. Let us know if you want to wait in your car and we will text or call you when it is time for your appointment. (513) 793-5772.
5. Have Brilliant Distinction or any other coupons ready at checkout. This minimizes patient congregation.
6. If you call ahead for your skin care products we can have them ready and expedite your pick up with as little interaction as possible.
7. Staff will be using PPE and disinfecting areas after each patient. We are physically and scheduling separations to minimize the number of patients in any area at one time.
