Botox
Day Tomorrow!
CoolSculpting
is HERE!!!
Botox Day is
December 18 with discounts on Botox and fillers such as Juvederm.
Botox is $13/unit or $195/syringe (normally $16/unit and $240/syringe).
Fillers are $100 off our regular price this month only. Juvederm
is the most common filler for “raising” facial wrinkles. Voluma
is an injectable filler that augments and lifts the cheeks and Volbella
and Vollure subtly augment the lips and improve perioral
wrinkles.
CoolSculpting
is a technique
to freeze unwanted fat from a variety of areas. With our “Dual
Sculpting” (two machines) the time is halved and flanks or abdomen can
often be done in under an hour. The most common areas are abdomen,
flank/side, thighs, hips, arms, back, under buttock, bra line and under the
chin. The fat cells are permanently removed. Best of all is that
there is almost no downtime so you can resume your activities the
same day! Call Joni who has 5 years’ experience to discuss your
situation 513-793-5772. For a limited time CoolSculpting is 20%
off!!!
Fillers
are $100 off each syringe for December!
Fillers are
$100 off our regular price. Juvederm is the most common filler
for “raising” facial wrinkles. The most common area is the
line between the nose and corner of mouth followed by the corner of the
mouth going down to the chin. Often ONE syringe can improve both
these areas. Voluma is an injectable filler that augments and
lifts the cheeks. This can last up to two years. Volbella
and Vollure subtly augment the lips and improve perioral wrinkles
with long lasting effects.
Mused after enjoying our office party
at Tano’s in
Loveland. My first time since they reopened after burning down.
Food was terrific. A place to enjoy without having to spend three
figures per person.
Stress
Beating Tips
With the
holidays coming, so does a stressful time of the year. Activities,
shopping, finances, and in general, meeting the expectations that this
should be a special time for each of us creates a tremendous amount of
stress. Even the best prepared of us will experience times of feeling
overwhelmed. Some of these suggestions come from Dr. Oz.
Here are some
strategies for minimizing the stress.
Get some
sleep! Nap if necessary. Remember alcohol affects sleep and if
you do drink, drink in moderation.
Socialize, see
friends and family, and stay connected.
Talk, laugh,
cry and get it out.
Exercise
regularly. Shoot for 30 minutes 3 times/week.
Eat a
healthy, balanced diet but don’t stress over a splurge.
Lose yourself
in activities you enjoy. Do regularly.
Get
perspective, remember past hardships you overcame.
Live in the
moment with small escapes like a book or movie.
Try yoga or
meditation.
Listen to
whatever music you like, it doesn’t have to be Xmas carols.
Take slow,
deep breaths to tackle acute anxiety or anger.
Do something
for others.
Look for the
good and positive in every situation. Optimism is catching.
Enjoy the holiday season.
Happy
holidays!

living,
