October is breast cancer awareness month. Breast cancer is the most common invasive cancer in women and accounts for 25% of all female deaths from cancer. At the McKenna Cosmetic Surgery Center we firmly believe in screening mammograms and self-breast exams for early detection.
To increase awareness in our own patients, we will contribute $100 to a breast cancer society for each breast augmentation that is scheduled during the month of October.
