Are your ears too noticeable or prominent?  Wear your hair down or longer than you want to?  Correction of “prominent ears” is called an otoplasty.  Most of the time the procedure is a combination of removing some of the excess cartilage and increasing the folds in the ear to bring it closer to the head itself.
