The 12 Days of Christmas Fine Print
• For most of our 12 Days of Christmas specials, you can call or email, with no need to come in. Some specials, however, require a consultation first, so please plan accordingly.
• Gift certificates purchased at a discount during the 12 Days of Christmas cannot be used with any other promotion or special pricing for both products and services. These gift cards also cannot be used for surgery.
• Each special is VALID ONLY ON ITS ASSIGNED DAY. If an appointment is needed, book as soon as possible, as our schedule fills up quickly.
