Ashley O’Brien RN, BSN
I have been a nurse for 10+ years and have had the pleasure to work with Dr. McKenna and his team now for a year. I truly love working with our patients and helping them look and feel their best. I have 2 boys and when I’m not at the baseball field with one of them I love boating on the river.

Deanna Grubber
I have been a registered nurse for over 13 years and have had the pleasure of working at Dr. McKenna’s since 2015. I primarily work in the surgery center with Dr. McKenna and will help guide you through your pre-op, post-op and operating room experience. My goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable on your day of surgery. Dr. McKenna’s expertise, calming/caring bedside manner and attention to detail make him the superior choice in Cincinnati for cosmetic surgery. I fee truly blessed and grateful to be a part of Dr. McKenna’s amazing staff.

I have more than 25 years of Operating Room and Cosmetic Surgery experience. I truly enjoy being able to care for Dr. McKenna’s patients on their first visit to the office, in the operating room and through their complete recovery.
As a great listener with the utmost respect for his patients, Dr. McKenna gives each and every one a unique experience. I hope you will allow us to show you the true meaning of personalized care.

Dianna Montoney
I have been a Patient Coordinator since 2007 and I love what I do. My everyday experience with our patients is so rewarding from the time of the intial consult to completion of their surgery. I feel that it is so important to choose the best doctor that will give you the information that you need to help make a good informed decision.
Dr. McKenna is thought of so highly because of the way he educates and gives the best care for his patients. I want our patients to feel comfortable so I do encourage patients to call if they have any needs regarding procedure information, scheduling and financing. I absolutely adore Dr. McKenna and his passion for the work that he does for his patients. It is my pleasure to be there for you.

Erica Groom, RN, MSN
I have been practicing as a nurse anesthetist for over ten years, receiving my Masters in Nursing from the University of Akron. My nursing career began in the cardiac ICUs at Cleveland Clinic. My years of anesthesia have included a vast amount of experience, from open heart surgeries to labor and delivery. I have been working in outpatient plastic surgery the past couple of years, which I absolutely love! I take pride in providing safe anesthesia to my patients, explaining every step of the process and answering any questions that can help ease anxiety. I also enjoy getting to know each patient, listening to their stories and sharing in their excitement for their surgical results!

Evon Pitcock -Front Desk
Evon currently resides in Mason, Ohio and is accompanied by Jon, 3 of her 4 children and a very happy dog. She appreciates community, open air and planning new adventures. Evon has a heart for people and predicts a future dream home by the sea complete with friends, family and fresh oysters. #staycurious

I have had the pleasure of working for Dr. McKenna since 1995. For many years I was a patient coordinator and enjoyed interacting with Dr. McKenna’s patients on a daily basis.
I currently take care of much of the financial and business aspects of his practice. I feel very fortunate to be able to work for such a skilled and caring plastic surgeon.

I have been a nurse for over 10 years and have been working for Dr. McKenna since 2007. I am grateful to be a part of his team and blessed to have such a wonderful group of co-workers.
Some of the care I provide to our patients includes medical skin care treatments, laser hair removal and permanent makeup procedures. It is very rewarding to see the transformations our patients experience after choosing one or multiple services that we offer.

Laura Johnson
I currently live in the Kenwood area and enjoy playing tennis, cooking, and spending time with my five children and husband. I have practiced as an RN for over 29 years and have been with Dr, McKenna’s office since 2006. My responsibilities include skin care; promoting skin rejuvenation through various peels and product use, certification in advanced microneedling techniques or collagen induction therapy, and since 2008, sclerotherapy to treat spider veins on the legs. I enjoy working with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff and particularly, Dr. McKenna. I hope I can be of service to you.

Sharon Zecchino, RN, BSN
I have a diverse clinical background with over 25 years experience, specifically in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. I enjoy being a part of Dr. McKenna’s surgical team to provide safe quality care to our patients during all phases of their operative experience. My goal is to provide individual care for every patient and make them feel as comfortable as possible with their surgery experience. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including our Aussie-Doodle. We love to travel together internationally experiencing new foods and cultures.
