Permanent Makeup/Microblading
Micro-pigmentation often referred to as “permanent make-up” is a technique in which tiny pigment granules are implanted below the epidermis for cosmetic and/or corrective enhancement. Micro pigmentation is used to enhance facial features like eyebrows, lashes and lips. FDA-approved, allergy-tested dyes are made of mineral extracts and can be tinted to match the patient’s skin tone as closely as possible. The dyes are injected into the skin using our state of the art micro-pigmentation machine. Results are visible immediately, although more than one session may be required for touch-ups. Most patients are fully recovered within 24 hours.
Microblading is a technique of semi-permanent drawing of eyebrows with a more realistic look than the traditional solid coloration done in the past. Individual hairs are created to mimic the natural flow of eyebrow hairs. The shape of the brow is calculated to the proportions of the face. The color reflects the natural color of the hair in the brow or head. Refreshing the color occasionally is helpful depending on skin type and exposure to the elements.
Spider Vein Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the reduction of unsightly “spider veins” through the injection of sodium chloride into the tiny blood vessels that are visible close to the surface of the skin. It is a simple procedure requiring only about thirty minutes to one hour of your time. You can resume a normal schedule the next day. Most patients are very pleased with the difference sclerotherapy makes in the look of their legs. Their legs appear younger and healthier and they no longer feel the need to hide behind pants! Although veins treated are permanently obliterated, follow up visits may be required to treat new veins that develop.
Collagen Induction Therapy
This procedure is accomplished using Dermapen, a micro-needling device that works to tighten, lift, and rejuvenate skin by stimulating factors and collagen. It is effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles as well as improving brown spots, stretch marks, and scars, especially from acne. It creates channels in the skin in a controlled manner. As compared to other skin rejuvenation treatments, Dermapen does not damage the epidermis and, therefore, is safe on any skin type. It has a short treatment time with minimal discomfort and downtime. Not only is it used on the face but also the neck, hands, and other body areas.
Cellulite/Cellfina
Cellfina is the only FDA_cleared minimally invasive procedure clinically proven to improve the appearance of cellulite for at least three years. The single, in-office procedure usually takes less than an hour and has limited downtime. Most commonly, after the procedure there is soreness and bruising which a compression garment will reduce. 96% of patients are satisfied after two years.
Chin fat/Profile Improvement/Kybella
Kybella is a solution injected into the fat under the chin to improve the appearance of your profile. Usually 2-4 in-office treatments are needed and are done 4-8 weeks apart. Each treatment takes less than an hour. Ice and over the counter analgesics help to control the swelling and discomfort. This is a gradual, nonsurgical approach to improve your profile.
