Foot Odor? Volbella, New Lip Filler

I think we all at some time have foot odor after taking off our shoes. The bacteria that live on the surface of our skin break down the sweat molecules with the side effect of creating an acid that has a foul smell. Those who have more of a problem may have more bacteria or sweat. Sweaty feet also can be hereditary. Children with a sweat problem can grow out of it but not always.

How to avoid smelly feet depends on the cause. For those with an overpopulation of bacteria soaking your feet in a salt water solution, vinegar or tea (a natural antibiotic) will help. Wearing “breathable” socks and shoes will reduce the amount of sweat. Sprinkle corn starch or a number of over the counter products on your feet prior to wearing socks or shoes to absorb sweat. To improve the smell of your shoes spray them with Lysol. Lastly, make sure it is not a fungus problem like athlete’s foot.
