    Fitness Wristbands

Mused anticipating today’s eclipse. Nature is amazing. After viewing it, look around at other gifts nature has given us.

Fitness bands or digital activity trackers come in many types. From Apple watch to Fitbits to the Garmin triathlete watch that I currently use there is a wide variety for various functions. They all share the benefit of getting us out of our seat and exercising.

A higher purpose is to change our behavior. Many educate us on how active or sedentary we really are encouraging us to improve our efforts toward health. Once we incorporate the changes into our daily routine we become more fit on a long term basis.

(Did You Know? PC Magazine rated the Fitbit Surge the top fitness band for 2017.)

Deciding on which band to use can be challenging since there are so many. I used an inexpensive “knock-off” brand to see if I would use one on a daily basis, it broke within weeks. Unless you are planning on competing, then a simple band from Fitbit or a similar reliable company will get you started. If you have an Apple watch then it is built-in. Check the reviews. Amazon has almost any brand you can find.

Vollure is the newest filler for fine wrinkles. It doesn’t project as much as Juvederm but is smoother and lasts up to 18 months. Volbella is a lip filler that DOES NOT exaggerate the lips but improves wrinkles and creases in the lips and the skin just above the lips. Studies show it lasts for about a year. Come in and see what it has done for Diane, Crystal and Dianna. Voluma augments the cheeks and lifts some of the lower tissues.

Kybella is an injected solution that melts the fat under your chin.
